SACRED CEREMONIES
Sacred Ceremonies
“Through opening our hearts to all possibilities that life has to offer and being willing to stretch our imaginations, we find that there are a wealth of ceremonies that we can use to unburden ourselves from past hurts, traumas, and self-sabotaging beliefs, moving us into a place where we feel a deeper relationship with life and why we are here.” ~ Sandra Ingerman
Sacred circles are a safe and held space to connect in with yourself, others, and the often hidden sacredness of life itself.
Circles have held the role of keeping a community in wellness through many ancient traditions.
Today they continue to be held in modern times of despair and epidemics of deteriorating mental health creating an opposite effect.
What can I expect in your Sacred Ceremonies?
The power of a ceremony can support individuals to feel a sense of community, belonging, deeper trust for self and life, as well as a connection to nature, life, earth medicines, and Spirit.
I hold my ceremonies in a particular way that supports depth, sacredness, integration, safety, and that are deeply embedded in trauma-awareness and healing.
Sacred Ceremonies can support you and your family to connect in ways that may not have been accessed before.
They support connection, belonging, and alignment with your life/soul purpose.
These ceremonies are facilitated in an open and exploratory space that supports movement, creativity, spontaneity, and the use of shamanic and energetic tools following the natural rhythms of life, the universe, the land, nature, and the moon cycles.
What do I need to bring to the Sacred Ceremonies?
A journal, comfortable clothes for movement, a drum if you wish, or any other musical instrument.
Any crystal or sacred item that you would like, something to offer the circle such as flowers, food, etc.
